How it works
- 01Reserve your place
Select a window in our diary and the day you would like us to begin.
- 02Your proposal
Within one working day we send a fixed-price proposal, tailored to you.
- 03Confirm your place
A 50% deposit confirms it, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- 04We begin
We start on your date. The balance is due when you’re happy with the finished work.
How does reserving a place work?
We are a small studio and our diary fills quickly, so larger commissions are reserved in three-month windows with a limited number of places. Choose the window that suits you and the day you would like us to begin, and we confirm it with your proposal.
When do I pay?
A 50% deposit secures your place once you have accepted your proposal, and the balance is due when the work is finished and you are happy with it. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Is enquiring a commitment?
Not at all. We send you a fixed-price proposal first, and nothing is booked until you choose to pay the deposit.
What if my window is full?
Join the waiting list for it. If a place opens up, you hear first. Otherwise we hold the next window for you.
